End to end electronic forms based processes

The data flow in many HR processes, such as new hire, termination, variable payroll input or employee data maintenance, is typically an incoherent mix based on Excel, Word, standalone .pdf based forms and free format e-mail requests.  Such processes are often error prone as they require both significant competences by the participants to meet quality requirements while having limited capability to validate input data at the source.

This can be solved by utilising Adobe Interactive Forms for SAP by allowing the deployment of .pdf based forms that are fully integrated with SAP.  This allows the form to propose default values, as well as proposing valid ranges of input data based on inputted values in the form.  Last but not least, the form will validate inputted data, support workflow approvals and allow for direct input into the SAP HR system without the rekeying of data.

In addition to reducing the number of errors in input, using Adobe Interactive form based processes significantly speeds up the overall process, such as reducing the time for completing a new hire process from days to one hour.
