smartHR is set up to work seamless across country borders.  This allows businesses that are organised on a Nordic level to implement common HR processes and structures in all relevant countries.    All processes are available in the local language and satisfy local tax and legal requirements.  

For example, a large customer in the finance industry can offer their multi-thousand workforce common HR processes across Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway.    This allows a manager to operate a cross border team seamlessly across the Nordic countries as if they were located in a single country.
