A Norwegian operator of gas pipelines in the North Sea has outsourced a number of their HR processes to Zalaris.

As a part of the agreement, Zalaris has implemented a smartHR solution powered by SAP HCM covering functionality for:

• Employee Master data Maintenance
• Travel and expenses
• Time and attendance including time reporting on WBS elements
• Payroll covering complex offshore based tariff and union agreements
• Expat services

The solution is tightly integrated with the customers own SAP ERP system through standard SAP ALE interfaces.
